About the Role
Perform engineering work related to water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure. Contribute to engineering planning and design projects, incorporating predictive modeling for collection system responses, and integrating kinetic, environmental, and physical impacts from IN-PIPE biological treatments.
Requirements
Support full project lifecycle including: Initial project scoping Planning Design documentation preparation Purchase order support Installation and operational support Post-installation assistance Field report analysis Client interaction
Collaborate as a core member of Engineering and Project Management, interfacing with Executive Management, Commercial teams, Microbiology labs, and Field Operations to ensure successful project outcomes.
Assist Executive Management in Engineering, Project Management, Microbiology Research, and Business Development.
Provide technical and engineering expertise for sales pitches, conference presentations, trade shows, and business development initiatives.
Conduct detailed project activities: Collect preliminary project data from customer wastewater sites Perform engineering economic analyses to assist in project viability decisions Prepare detailed client proposals and project analyses Review system maps, lift station data, and treatment plant processes Perform hydraulic modeling and prepare In-Pipe treatment dosing plans Recommend microbiology blends to achieve treatment objectives Offer engineering support during field operations Analyze field data and prepare technical performance reports Review and recommend adjustments to treatment dosing plans Maintain accurate records of field modifications and as-built drawings
Assist in Asset Management: Collect and analyze data from field service applications Conduct root-cause failure analysis and provide corrective solutions
Support continuous improvement activities, bench testing, pilot projects, and full-scale installations.
Provide Engineering support for Research and Development efforts.
Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring delivery within budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Occasional travel (10%) domestically and internationally.

Day in the Life:
Enjoy waking up motivated to tackle the day! For the first few hours chart your daily course by running through the workflow pipeline, looking at opportunities to move a sale to the next stage. You will determine your needs, requests for support, and coordinate with our inside sales tea, to make the appointments you DO NOT have to book yourself! Light the fire and let it burn with future customers the old school way, by winning their hearts and minds through networking and relationship building. Return to the office or go straight home to type up your short and sweet daily reports.
