WHEATON, IL — In-Pipe Technology® Company, Inc. announced today that Aqua Resources Holdings Limited ("ARHL"), the wholly owned subsidiary of Aqua Resources Fund Limited ("Aqua"), the Authorized Closed-ended investment scheme managed by FourWinds Capital Management ("FWCM") and established to invest in global water opportunities, has agreed to a second tranche investment of approximately US $2 million (EUR 1.51 million). In August 2009, ARHL invested $3 million (EUR 2.09 million) as an initial investment.

In-Pipe's patented technology includes regularly adding a high concentration formulation of facultative, naturally-occurring, non-pathogenic bacteria to strategic locations throughout the sewer system in accordance with an engineered plan. This requires zero capital cost and no additional energy requirement. Performance in the collection system provides increased capacity within the plant, forestalls costly upgrades, and extends the life of the existing infrastructure.
