CPO Kyle Foxwell, USN (Ret.)

Kyle Foxwell is In-Pipe’s head of Field Operations and Production. Kyle brings nearly two decades of leadership, operations, and technical expertise to his role, following a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Navy. As a Chief Machinist Mate, Kyle specialized in preventative and corrective maintenance, facility management, and quality assurance while leading diverse teams in high-pressure environments. He most recently served as a Recruit Division Commander at Naval Station Great Lakes, where he oversaw the training and transformation of more than 1,000 recruits and managed readiness across a 240-acre training complex. Kyle’s career also included leadership assignments in Guam, Hawaii, and Virginia, where he excelled in project management, personnel development, and operational excellence.
